The HR Manager is responsible for delivering and coordinating all human resource activities and initiatives for the operations group. Support the management teams with the plant to drive culture change, define organizational needs, determine the training and development needs and strategy, determine hiring needs, resolve employee issues, and contribute to the achievement of the overall business objectives. This individual must possess the ability to quickly grasp the business objectives and strategies of multiple client groups and leverage human resources capabilities to support the achievement of those objectives.
This position is based onsite in our Minneapolis, MN Applied Sterilization Technologies location. To support the client base you will travel 20% domestically within your territory.

Pay range for this opportunity is $97,962 -$115,250. This position is eligible for bonus participation.
Minimum pay rates offered will comply with county/city minimums, if higher than range listed. Pay rates are based on a number of factors, including but not limited to local labor market costs, years of relevant experience, education, professional certifications, foreign language fluency, etc.
