General Manger Location: Mumbai HO Job Purpose We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Officer to support our sales and administrative operations. The role involves documentation handling, coordination with principals, maintaining records, preparing forms, and assisting in routine sales and purchase processes. Primary Duties & Responsibilities • Coordinate with principals for samples, required documents, and follow-ups. • Ensure timely collection and submission of documentation. • Fill and maintain VQ (Vendor Qualification) forms of all company products. • Create and update SO/PO entries in the system. • Verify details before processing and ensure proper documentation. • Track and maintain inquiries, update follow-ups, and coordinate with the team for closure. • Prepare and send offers to customers during the absence of colleagues or as required • Assist in entering sales and purchase invoices into the system. • Coordinate with finance/accounts for any discrepancies or clarifications. Skills required: • Strong communication and coordination skills. • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). • Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail. Work experience requirements: Fresher or 1 year of relevant experience. Education & Certification Requirements Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
