Job Description

Paradigm is a software company transforming the way that the residential, construction & building product industries operate across the globe. We are looking for a Systems Consultant - Application to be part of revolutionizing these industries.

You will be responsible for working directly with our customers to plan and execute the details required to successfully implement and support Paradigm’s enterprise software. You will advise our customers on best practice system design and business process refinement.

What You Will Do:

  • You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining Paradigm software, including configuration, environment setup and user setup.
  • You will interact directly with external customers to consult on sales, operational, manufacturing, and product configuration needs, as well as Paradigm software and industry best practices.
  • You will be a pivotal resource for our clients with configuration, testing, and training.
  • You will be responsible for troubleshooting, recommending solutions and issue resolution.
  • You will analyze, assess, and document business processes, determine requirements, and deliver recommended solutions to the customer’s business stakeholders.
  • You will advise on project strategy to successfully implement Paradigm software.
  • You will analyze conceptual customer business requirements against existing application functionality and propose solutions including system configuration, process changes, and software enhancements. You will drive our customer’s success!
  • You will serve as the subject matter expert for technical business processes.
  • You will maintain regular verbal and written contact with customer project teams via weekly project status calls, remote working sessions, email, and issue tracking tools.
  • You will become an expert with Paradigm products and services (including implementation/live customers, new features & tech, and consulting customers on features).
  • Advocate for standard features to enhance our customer's experience and increase adoption.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Associates Degree
  • 1+ years of experience in a Business Analyst, Project Management or Software Implementation (as a vendor or customer). Knowledge of software, development and implementation practices is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with Waterfall or Agile project methodologies preferred.
  • You will have the ability to document technical concepts in written form.
  • Experience with APIs, SQL, or SAAS (Software as a Service) software implementation is preferred.
  • You will need critical thinking, requirement gathering skills, and proven problem-solving skills.
  • You have excellent customer service and effective communication (both written & verbal). Including the ability to translate technical concepts to people without technical expertise.
  • You are highly organized with strong attentive to detail and excellent follow-through. You are agile and able to adapt to changing demands and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • You are self-motivated and resourceful, with strong interpersonal skills; able to work individually as well as with a team.
  • You have the ability to manage your workload to meet deadlines.
  • You will be required to have a flexible schedule that may include occasional nights and weekends to meet customer needs.
  • You are able to obtain a passport that allows for travel outside of the US is required. Travel can range anywhere from 10-25% domestically (generally).

Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons. Most roles at Paradigm have three levels, Associate, Mid and Senior. Our pay ranges are inclusive of all three levels (if applicable), our US based Associate level pay begins at $57,225 annually for this role. The salary does not reflect total compensation, which includes base salary and benefits. These compensation levels are subject to an annual review.
