Job Details:

• First shift, Monday - Friday
• 7:00 am - 3:30 pm

Responsibilities:

• Set up, monitor, and operate industrial machinery to sew, join, gather, hem, and reinforce materials
• Read and understand work orders
• Follow sewing patterns
• Set up sewing machine by changing needles and thread, oiling and changing the bobbin, and securing appropriate attachment
• Mount attachments including needles, threads, pattern plates, and cutting blades
• Ensure the machine is operational and safe before use
• Start machine, monitor operation, and adjust as needed
• Inspect output for quality and damages
• Take measurements and cut materials
• Learn basic troubleshooting and perform minor repairs
• Comply with health and safety regulations and always wear protective gear
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Position Requirements:

• Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred but not required
• Demonstrate skills in sewing
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with precision
• May engage in bending, squatting, pushing, pulling, lifting, and standing
• Great communication and collaboration skills
• Must be able to work in various weather and temperature conditions
• Attention to detail
• Great attendance and punctual
