# Overview

20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.

We are seeking a highly skilled, senior-level Web Developer with deep experience building real estate and development-focused websites. These projects are content-heavy, data-driven, and require clean structure, intuitive navigation, and flawless execution.

The ideal candidate works independently, has a strong design eye, understands how buyers search and convert, and consistently delivers polished, high-quality work without repeated direction or corrections. This role also requires strong SEO execution and emerging AI optimization skills to ensure every site performs as well as it looks.

# Scope of Services

Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks:

* Lead high-level web development projects, including full multi-page site builds for real estate, development, mixed-use, and residential communities.
* Build and maintain site structure, navigation, page hierarchy, and responsive layouts with minimal supervision.
* Ensure professional-level spacing, alignment, and visual consistency across all pages.
* Integrate SEO best practices into every step of development, including metadata, schema markup, URL structures, headings, internal linking, and performance optimization.
* Implement AI-driven enhancement, including on-site search optimization, chatbot integrations, AI-assisted lead funnels, and AI-content guidelines where applicable.
* Conduct thorough self-QA to confirm accuracy, functionality, mobile responsiveness, and cross-browser performance.
* Clearly communicate task status, blockers, and technical notes through written updates.
* Provide UX/UI recommendations and proactively identify opportunities for structural or performance improvements.

Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing.

# Skills

The Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in the following, depending on the Client’s requirements:

* Proven experience developing real estate or development-focused websites (residential, commercial, mixed-use, master-planned communities, etc.).
* Strong design eye with exceptional attention to spacing, alignment, balance, and user flow.
* Ability to independently own full multi-page site builds from planning to launch.
* Expertise in on-page SEO implementation and technical optimization.
* Experience with AI-enhanced web tools (chatbots, search, automation, smart content modules, etc.).
* Fast, accurate work with strong critical-thinking and self-QA habits.
* Excellent written communication skills and the ability to follow structured direction without handholding.

Preferred Skills (Optional)

• Experience with content-heavy or large-scale builds involving dynamic fields, floor plans, site plans, maps, or listings.

• Familiarity with modern web tools and CMS platforms such as Elementor, Breakdance, WordPress, JetEngine, and other real estate plugins.

• Ability to suggest UX/UI improvements based on buyer behavior and real estate best practices.

# Work Schedule

* Contracted Hours per Week: 20 Hours
* Scheduled Working Days: Monday through Friday
* Daily Working Time: 1 PM-5 PM EST
