We are looking for a passionate and skilled Virtual English Language Learner (ELL) Instructor to join a dynamic educational environment and make a real difference in the lives of PreK-12 students. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload of 16 students, providing high-quality virtual instruction through an innovative platform designed to enhance the learning experience.

Position Overview:

Pay Rate: $36/hour (1099 contract)
Schedule: Full-time, flexible hours
Caseload: 16 students, spanning grades PreK-12
Work Setting: Fully remote

Key Responsibilities:

Provide engaging and effective virtual English Language Learning instruction to students of varying ages and proficiency levels
Develop and implement customized lesson plans and activities to support language development
Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and support to ensure academic growth
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment through creative, interactive methods
Collaborate with other educators, counselors, and parents to ensure a holistic approach to student success

Requirements:

Valid teaching certification for New Hampshire with an ELL endorsement
Proven experience working with PreK-12 students in English Language Learning education
Strong ability to engage and connect with students in a virtual classroom environment
Reliable access to technology, including a computer, high-speed internet, and a quiet workspace
