Job Description

Mullins Cheese is proud to announce a new position as an Industrial Flooring and Wall Repair Technician. We are seeking a self-motivated, reliable, eager to work individual to perform work repairing facilities floors and walls. This posistion will require using epoxys, urethanes, concrete, coatings, and paint. Duties to include renovating areas within the plants while applying the proper material needed and applying correct surface protectant to ensure longevity.

Work to be performed is primarily in the Mosinee facility, but jobs may also take place in Marshfield facility or Plover facility.

Requirements

Essential Job Functions :

• Assess and install industrial flooring and wall systems in compliance with company standards.
• Conduct routine inspections of existing flooring and walls to identify wear and damage.
• Perform repairs and maintenance on flooring and wall systems, ensuring they meet safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with construction and maintenance teams to plan and execute flooring and wall projects.
• Document with provided software. Photos, materials, times, work performed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to company safety protocols.

• Valid Driver's license and good driving record

This position requires a meticulous approach and a commitment to quality workmanship, contributing to the overall efficiency of our production facilities.

Schedule Requirements

Typical: Sundays 10-12 hr. days (3 out of 4 Sundays likely), Saturdays available if planned. Remaining hours to be backfilled Mon-Fri.

Schedule can be somewhat flexible if worked out with management. 40 hour workweek minimum, 5-10 hours OT encouraged, more OT ok if approved.

Physical Requirements

 This position requires the following frequent actions and/or conditions:

• Twisting, bending, and squatting with 50lbs object in hand
• Long Periods of Standing and Walking
• Lifting 60 lbs. from the ground
• Good finger/hand/multi-limb dexterity

• Extremely hot and humid work area
• Extremely cold and windy work area
• Flammable material
• Chemical Exposure
• Hot Surfaces Contact
• Exposure to Dairy Products

Minimum Qualifications

• Proven experience in industrial flooring and wall installation or maintenance.
• Knowledge of various flooring and wall materials and their applications.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in flooring installation or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Wage

• $25.00/hr. starting but open based upon experience
• $3 shift premium from 6pm-6am, all day on Saturdays
• 1.5x pay over 40 hours
