Now Hiring: Bilingual School Social Worker (Spanish Required)
Specializing in Early Childhood Mental Health
Are you passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of young children and their families? Join our dynamic team as a School Social Worker, where you'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary group of educators and specialists to support the emotional and developmental needs of children ages 0-5.
In this role, you'll play a vital part in shaping Individualized Health Plans (IHPs) and Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), ensuring every child receives the care and support they need to thrive in the classroom and beyond.
What You'll Do:
+ Provide direct social work services to children in early childhood classrooms (ages 0-3 and 3-5)
+ Collaborate with Lead Teachers and classroom staff
+ Conduct engaging presentations for students and staff-public speaking skills are a plus!
+ Serve as a key mental health resource for families and educators
+ Work a consistent schedule: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, year-round (closed one week in August)

What We're Looking For:
+ Bilingual in Spanish (required)
+ Holds a Professional Educator License with School Social Worker (SSW) endorsement (MSW, LSW OR LCSW may also be accepted)
+ Meets all federal, state, and local requirements
+ Current CPR certification (if applicable)
+ Health clearance: TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray, and current health certificate (as required)
+ Minimum age: 18 years
