Job Description

We are looking for a full and part budtender who have open availability throughout our business hours. We are open 11AM - 8PM seven days a week.

Duties & Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly and courteous service at all times.
- Promote a work environment that is positive, customer-service oriented, and compliant with established policies and procedures.
- Model best-in-class service experience that consistently exceeds our patient's expectations.
- Be on time and fully present during work hours.
- Customer relations and sales
- Cash handling
- Cleaning and tidiness

Skills and/or Abilities:
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Welcoming and engaging with customers as they enter the store
- Assessing customers' needs and suggesting solutions to their problems
- Working with cash registers and processing payments
- Setting and attaining sales goals
- Giving customers advice about sales and promotions
- Using upselling techniques to increase store sales
- Recommending the best products to customers
- Cleaning and restocking the store throughout the day
- Desire to learn about our products in order to assist customers
- Fun attitude and a strong work ethic
- Strong attention to detail and must have a team-player mentality
- Ability to creatively cultivate long-term customer relationships
- Ability to deal with problems and resolve issues in a professional manner
- Be compassionate with our customers, making them feel welcomed while ensuring your line is moving as quickly as possible.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma; College Degree preferred but not required
- Two years of customer service experience
- Applicants must be 21
- Bi-lingual preferred
- Local applicants preferred
- Cannabis experience preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
