PayRilla is seeking a motivated and tech-savvy POS Installer & On-site Trainer to join our growing national team. In this role, you will travel to set up point-of-sale systems for merchants and ensuring each installation is completed smoothly and efficiently. You'll also provide on-site training to help business owners and their staff feel confident using their new systems.
The ideal candidate is dependable, professional, and passionate about helping small businesses succeed through technology. This position combines hands-on technical work with customer interactions. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys solving problems, working independently, and seeing the direct impact of their efforts.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Travel to perform POS hardware and software installations.
• Configure terminals, card readers, printers, routers, and other peripherals.
• Set up network connections and ensure system functionality.
• Train merchants and staff on POS operations and troubleshooting.
• Maintain clear communication with merchants, agents, and PayRilla support staff.
• Document installations and report any technical or logistical issues.
