Pediatric Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Home Care – All NYC Boroughs

Job Types: Part-time, Per diem | Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
Expected Hours: 16 – 40 hours per week

Are you an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a heart for pediatric care ? Affirmed Home Care is actively hiring passionate and reliable Pediatric LPNs across all five boroughs of New York City (Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, and Staten Island) to provide exceptional in-home nursing services for medically fragile children.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver direct pediatric nursing care in clients' homes

• Administer medications and medical treatments as prescribed

• Monitor and document vital signs and changes in condition

• Operate and manage medical equipment (e.g., G-tubes, trachs, vents)

• Collaborate with families to support care plans and training

• Maintain accurate documentation and respond promptly to client needs

Requirements:

• Valid NYS LPN License (Required)

• Minimum 1 year of LPN experience (Required)

• Pediatric experience preferred

• Must speak, read, and write English fluently

• COVID-19 Vaccination (Required)

• Authorized to work in the U.S. – ITIN not accepted

• BLS Certification (Preferred)

• PALS Certification (Preferred)
