Job Overview 5TCO is seeking four experienced Wall Cladding Installer and Metal Siding Installer to join our field operations team in Sarasota, FL. As a key player in our commercial, industrial, and government/federal projects, you'll be responsible for high-quality exterior cladding installations. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who values craftsmanship, teamwork, and working outdoors in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities - Install metal wall panel systems with accuracy and efficiency.
- Interpret and follow shop drawings, blueprints, and project plans.
- Operate aerial boom lifts, scissor lifts, and all-terrain forklifts.
- Work on-site Monday through Thursday (10-hour shifts); availability for Friday/Saturday as makeup or overtime days.
- Maintain job site safety standards and follow all OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with the team to meet deadlines and project goals.
- Ensure quality control and resolve issues related to fit, finish, and alignment.
Qualifications - Minimum 4 years of hands-on construction or sheet metal experience.
- Proficient in reading blueprints and shop drawings.
- Comfortable working outdoors in Florida heat.
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Experience using Procore, Plangrid, or Bluebeam is a plus.
- OSHA 30 certification required.
- Certified in aerial boom lift and all-terrain forklift operations.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or GED required.

Schedule - Standard: Monday - Thursday, 10-hour shifts (1-hour lunch break)
