We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Practitioners to join our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team. As a Mental Health Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive support and care to individuals living with mental illness.

What You'll Do:

Provide direct clinical services, including individual and group therapy, to individuals with mental illness.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and their support systems.
Assist clients with accessing and maintaining housing, employment, and other essential resources.
Provide crisis intervention and support during times of need.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
Advocate for client rights and access to services.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

What You'll Bring:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Behavioral Sciences or a related field.
2,000 hours of supervised experience working with individuals with mental illness.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
A compassionate and empathetic approach to client care.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
