**What You Will Do:**
- Build positive relationships with home buyers, homeowners, and real estate agents.
- Conduct thorough inspections on residential properties.
- Complete high-quality digital reports.
- Continuously learn and train to enhance your skills.
- Learn additional services like pool inspections, radon testing, mold testing, and more.

**What We Are Looking For:**
- Someone who loves customer service and has great people skills.
- Construction background or inspection experience preferred but not required.
- Computer skills.
- Dedication to continuous learning.
- Teachable and eager to contribute to a team.
- Reliable transportation required.
- Clean drug and background screening.
- Reside in one of our current service markets.
**Physical Requirements:**
- Bending and kneeling while inspecting a home.
- Ability to stand/walk for many hours at a time.
- Navigate attics and crawl spaces, including crawling.
- Lift medium-sized ladders and smaller equipment.
- Operate during hot and cold weather conditions.
- Home inspection is a moderately physical job.
