We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Luxury Retail Store Manager to oversee operations at our Aroma360 showroom. The ideal candidate will have a passion for luxury products, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to lead a team to achieve sales goals.
Lead by Example: Demonstrate exceptional sales skills and customer service, setting the standard for your team. Be actively involved on the floor, assisting customers and closing sales.
Pillar in Sales: Be the driving force behind store sales, inspiring your team to reach and exceed their targets. Utilize your expertise to coach and mentor sales associates, ensuring the store meets its financial objectives.**
Key Responsibilities
Store Management: Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring it is always visually appealing and meets the company's standards for luxury and sophistication.
Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales associates to provide exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets. Conduct regular training sessions to keep the team updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Customer Experience: Ensure every customer interaction in the store is a positive and memorable experience. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase store traffic and sales. Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
CRM: Experience with Salesforce software preferred. Manage leads and your sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM.
Inventory Management: Manage store inventory, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and products are displayed attractively. Coordinate with the inventory team to receive and display new products promptly.
Event Planning: Plan and execute in-store events to promote new products and build customer relationships. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and strategies for these events.
Brand Representation: Act as a brand ambassador for Aroma360, embodying the company's values. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to communicate the benefits and features of our offerings effectively.
