We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Design Assistant to join our team for a one-year contract. The Design Assistant will be responsible for supporting our design team in creating visually appealing and effective training materials and marketing collateral. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and effective training materials, including presentations, infographics, and videos.
- Assist with the design and layout of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and social media graphics.
- Utilize design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, to create and edit graphics and layouts.
- Research and gather visual references and inspiration for design projects.
- Communicate and collaborate with other team members to ensure design projects are completed in a timely manner.
- Assist with maintaining and organizing design files and assets.
- Stay up-to-date on design trends and best practices to continuously improve design quality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong eye for design and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience with video editing and motion graphics is a plus.
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus.
