Job Type:

• Full-Time
• Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Location : Industry City, Brooklyn, NY, 11232 (in-office required)
• Starting Pay : $23/hour (Willing to negotiate based on experience)

Responsibilities:

• Create custom typefaces, vector graphics, and illustrations for logos, labels, packaging products, and other branding materials.
• Collaborate with clients during project acquisition, design planning, and creative development.
• Sketch, draft, and size custom die-lines based on client specifications.
• Resize and reformat artwork to ensure high-quality, print-ready files.
• Set up spot printing plates for print embellishing.
• Proof digital and physical samples for quality control before mass production.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously with a high level of creative execution.
• Use task management software to track and maintain data for each project.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, packaging design, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in professional print or packaging design.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Procreate or similar programs.
• Interest in and knowledge of packaging design, digital lettering, and illustration.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus.
