Patricia Munoz Psychological And Research Center in Katy, TX is looking for one bilingual registered behavior technician (RBT) to join our 37 person strong team. We are located on 23410 Grand Reserve Drive, Suite 701. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and engaged.

Responsibilities

• A Registered Behavior Technician is responsible for the day-to-day execution of a behavioral health plan. This can include things like interviewing patients, conducting follow-ups and collecting data. They must also interact directly with patients or clients.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED, or a College Degree are required for RBT employee. Also the RBT is required to attend and pass the 40 hour training. Next, candidates must complete testing—both a competency assessment and the Registered Behavior Technician exam. RBT are expected to be deeply compassionate and possess excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills.
