Description This successful Robert Half client is seeking a Help Desk professional to join their team in the Eugene, OR area. You will be responsible for providing end-user support for hardware, software, and access issues, Active Directory and Office 365 user administration and support end-users. Qualifications: + 1+ year of experience in a help desk or technical support role + Active Directory + Microsoft Office 365 + Windows server + Troubleshooting + Excellent customer service and communication skills Onsite: You must live in the Eugene area to be considered for this position. Requirements - Minimum of 1 year of experience in an IT support or help desk role. - Proficiency in Active Directory user administration. - Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications. - Familiarity with Windows 10 operating systems. - Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and system access issues effectively. - Excellent communication and customer service skills.
