We’re looking for an energetic, people-focused Fundraising Events Assistant to support our events team in planning, promoting, and executing community fundraising initiatives. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start their career in event coordination, nonprofit outreach, or marketing — no prior experience required! We provide full, hands-on training.
Assist in organizing and managing fundraising and outreach events
Engage with the public to share information about our partnered causes
Represent charitable organizations with professionalism and enthusiasm
Collaborate with team members to achieve event and fundraising goals
Track event outcomes, donations, and community engagement metrics
Provide general support to the event management and marketing teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A positive, proactive attitude and strong work ethic
Passion for social good, community engagement, or nonprofit work
Ability to work well in a team and adapt in fast-paced environments
Reliable, organized, and eager to learn — no experience necessary!
