This role involves working closely with customers, lenders, and the sales team to secure financing, present protection products, and ensure compliance with dealership policies and regulatory requirements. • Manage all aspects of the dealership's finance and insurance (F&I) operations.
• Collaborate with lenders to secure competitive financing and warranty options for customers.
• Present financial solutions to customers clearly and transparently.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws regarding finance and insurance.
• Maximize profitability by achieving and exceeding sales goals for finance products.
• Train and support the sales team on F&I processes and best practices.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Finance Manager in the automotive industry.
• Strong understanding of automotive financing, leasing, and insurance products.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build rapport with customers and foster trust.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in dealership management software (Reynolds and Reynolds a plus)
