**Job Title: Dishwasher (Full-Time)**

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and diligent Full-Time Dishwasher to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of all dishes, kitchen utensils, and equipment in accordance with health and safety standards. This role is essential to maintaining the efficiency and success of our kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Load, operate, and unload the dishwasher and ensure all dishes, pots, pans, and utensils are clean and sanitized.
• Hand wash and sanitize larger items that cannot be placed in the dishwasher.
• Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area and other kitchen areas as directed.
• Perform regular cleaning tasks, including sweeping and mopping floors, taking out the trash, and overall kitchen cleanliness.
• Assist with basic food preparation and other tasks as assigned by kitchen management.
• Follow all health and safety regulations and report any kitchen or equipment issues to the kitchen supervisor.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Previous experience in a similar role in a fast-paced kitchen environment is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Good communication skills and the ability to understand and follow instructions.
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
