• Climb on and off rail cars repeatedly throughout the workday as part of loading and offloading tasks
• Work closely with crane operators, riggers, and ground crews to safely coordinate movements
• Inspect equipment daily and report any maintenance issues
• Assist with general yard labor, including moving materials, organizing equipment, and maintaining clean work areas
• Follow all jobsite safety procedures, including PPE requirements and environmental guidelines
• Communicate clearly with the team to ensure safe, efficient operations
Requirements
• Proven experience operating telehandlers in industrial, construction, or heavy-equipment settings
• Ability to climb, bend, kneel, and lift as needed for rigging and yard work
• Comfortable climbing on/off rail cars and working around moving equipment
• Strong understanding of safe equipment operation and load-handling practices
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
• Good communication skills and the ability to follow direction
• Willingness to assist with general labor tasks when not operating equipment
Preferred Qualifications

• Basic rigging knowledge or certification (not required but highly preferred)
• Familiarity with offloading large or irregular loads
