We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Remote Data Entry Specialist to help us maintain accurate and up-to-date information in our systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for entering, updating, and verifying data with a high level of accuracy. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home.
Enter and update data into company databases or spreadsheets
Review data for errors or missing information and make corrections as needed
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Ensure all data is entered accurately and within deadlines
Generate reports and organize data for team use
Communicate with other departments to verify information when needed
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree a plus)
Proven experience in data entry or administrative work (preferred but not required)
Excellent typing speed and accuracy
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar software
Reliable internet connection and personal computer
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
