We are seeking a visionary Creative Director to lead integrated creative efforts across the tech industry vertical. This is a rare opportunity for a strategic thinker and inspiring leader who thrives at the intersection of culture, storytelling, and innovation. You’ll be responsible for guiding the creative vision, scaling team capabilities, and delivering best-in-class work across digital, social, content, and experiential platforms.

This role requires not just talent, but maturity — someone who can earn client trust, steer big ideas from pitch to production, and mentor a team of ACDs, designers, writers, and makers. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Creative & Strategic Leadership
• Develop and champion the overarching creative vision for the client, ensuring consistency and excellence across all channels and touchpoints.
• Translate business objectives and brand strategy into groundbreaking creative ideas built for social.
• Strong creative ideator with a history of producing award-winning campaigns.
• Innovative & Social Savvy
• Steeped in all things social! Stay ahead of emerging technologies, cultural trends, and platform shifts.
• Bullish on AI — knowledgeable about AI tools and possibilities, push our creative infrastructure to embrace AI to enhance work and create efficiencies.
• Client Partnership
• Serve as a strategic partner to senior client stakeholders.
• Lead creative presentations, articulate the “why” behind the work, and confidently challenge briefs to drive better outcomes.
• Team Leadership & Mentorship
• Lead, manage, and mentor a diverse creative department, including ACDs, designers, writers, editors, and creators.
• Build a collaborative, empowering creative culture that prioritizes craft, inclusivity, and growth.
• Executional & Operational Oversight
• Own the quality and performance of all creative output — campaigns, content, and assets.
• Collaborate with Production, Strategy, Community, and Account teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery.
• Monitor creative budgets, timelines, and resourcing in partnership with Creative Resourcing and Production.

Requirements

• This is a hybrid role, with 2 days per week in office required. You must reside in one of our US office locations: New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, or Miami

• 10-15+ years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably within agency environments
• Proven experience leading large-scale, multi-disciplinary creative teams
• Demonstrated success in building long-term client relationships and leading integrated brand campaigns
• Mastery of the digital and social ecosystem — including content systems, platform-specific executions, and creator/influencer models
• Excellent storytelling, presentation, and communication skills (both verbal and visual)
• Strong understanding of business drivers, creative strategy, and performance metrics
• Experience managing creative budgets, timelines, and operational processes
• An award-winning portfolio that reflects your creative leadership and ability to push boundaries

SALARY RANGE

$160,000 - $180,000 annual salary
