Insight Global is looking for a Telecom Technician to support a Federal Contract in Anchorage Alaska. This resource will be responsible for:
- Analyzes, maintains, and modifies telecommunications and video systems to meet operational standards.
- Monitors the operations of telecommunications and video systems and services of vendors.
- Conducts studies regarding telecommunication systems usage and recommends changes as appropriate.
- Plans, coordinates and performs all moves and installation of telecommunications equipment.
- Tests, adjusts, and troubleshoots complex hardware equipment as necessary.
- Maintains records and prepares complex reports relevant to the operation of the telecommunications and video systems.
- Provides end-user training of telecommunications and video features and functionality.
Compensation: $38.46/hr to $40.86/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Skills and Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in Telecommunications
- Experience with IP based telephony, PBX platforms, Digital Voice Platforms.
- Minimum HS Diploma - Network- Security- Voice and Video technology experience
