Key Responsibilities
* Assist Project Managers with planning, scheduling, and executing construction projects.
* Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
* Monitor project progress, track schedules, and report potential delays or issues.
* Prepare, review, and distribute project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
* Maintain accurate project records, including budgets, contracts, and schedules.
* Conduct regular site visits to ensure project milestones are met and maintain quality standards.
* Collaborate with the project team to resolve construction challenges and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
* Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure alignment on project goals.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
* 2+ years of experience in commercial construction, with knowledge of project management principles.
* Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project).
* Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications.
* Understanding of safety regulations and quality standards in the construction industry.
