Your New Role:

As a Wallcovering Installer at Precision Wallcovering and Painting, you’ll be hands-on with projects that range from high-end commercial to custom residential. Your responsibilities will include:

• Installing 54-inch vinyl in upscale hotels
• Applying dry-erase and tack panels in school settings
• Working with digital graphics, fabrics, and specialty finishes in tenant improvements (TI's)
• Placing wall carpets in theaters and custom materials in luxurious homes
• Collaborating with a skilled team to deliver high-end results

This Job Isn’t For You If:

• You don’t have at least 5 years of experience installing wallcoverings
• You aren’t detail-oriented or take shortcuts
• You prefer to work solo and dislike collaborating
• You lack a valid California driver’s license and the tools to get the job done
• You’re uncomfortable with heights or physically demanding tasks

This Job Is For You If:

• You take pride in your work and have a sharp eye for quality
• You’re a master of all things wallcovering —from high-end custom homes to commercial settings
• You’re prompt, clean, and efficient
• You’re flexible to work within a 60-mile radius and have a reliable truck or van
• You hold relevant certifications such as 3M, WIA, OSHA 10, CPR, Boom and Lift, or FRP installation
• You’re a team player with excellent communication skills

• Valid California Driver’s License
• Truck or van, along with your own tools and equipment
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and carry 5-gallon buckets up and down stairs
• Comfortable working at heights
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Smartphone proficiency and ability to work with mobile apps
• Positive attitude and ability to follow instructions
