In this role, you’ll assist clients in planning and booking unforgettable travel experiences — from flights and accommodations to tours and transportation — all from the comfort of your home. This is a fully remote opportunity offering flexible hours and the chance to work in a fast-growing, exciting industry.
Key Responsibilities
Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, budgets, and goals
Research and recommend travel options including destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities
Handle bookings, confirmations, and itinerary management
Provide timely and professional customer service via phone, email, and online platforms
Stay current on travel advisories, visa requirements, and destination trends
Maintain accurate client records and manage travel documentation
Strong interest in travel, tourism, and hospitality
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with online research and booking tools
Highly organized and capable of managing multiple requests
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Prior experience in customer service, sales, or travel planning is a plus, but not required
