Job Description:
We are looking for a Virtual Chat Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Virtual Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for interacting with customers through live chat platforms, answering inquiries, and providing assistance in a friendly and efficient manner. This is a remote role with flexible hours.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries through live chat in a timely and professional manner
• Assist customers with questions, concerns, and product information
• Provide troubleshooting and support for customer issues
• Maintain high-quality customer service standards
• Document and escalate issues when necessary
• Maintain chat logs and customer records

Requirements:

• Excellent written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Familiarity with chat support platforms (training provided if needed)
• A computer, reliable internet connection, and a quiet workspace
• Previous customer service or virtual assistant experience is a plus but not required
