We are seeking a dedicated Virtual Assistant to provide essential administrative and patient support services. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about helping others.

What You'll Do:

Extract and manage vaccine information from Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.

Schedule and track pending lab work, immunizations, and referrals.

Assist with Telehealth registration and triage.

Provide patient education and preparation for procedures.

Obtain pre-certification authorization codes for diagnostic procedures.

Accurately schedule patients with internal providers.

Complete clerical and clinical tasks within EHR systems.

Support care gap closure projects.

Offer backup coverage for patient-centered representatives when needed.

Operate paging/telephone systems as necessary.

Greet and assist patients, visitors, and guests in a professional and courteous manner.

Update patient demographic information promptly and accurately.

Participate in required training sessions and staff meetings.

Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

What You Bring:

High school diploma (or GED) required.

At least one year of experience in a medical setting.

Ability to type at least 60 words per minute.

Strong communication skills with a compassionate and professional approach.

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.

Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.
