Join Our Team at OnWay Transport - Independent Contactors Needed

Monday - Saturday

OnWay Transport is seeking experienced, responsible Independent Contractors to serve as Lead Drivers for our team of contractors. As a Lead Driver, you will transport various products, train drivers, fill-in any vacant driver slots, and communicate daily with the Area Managers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure drivers promptly arrive /depart warehouse and are properly equipped.
• Ensure all drivers are properly trained.
• Ensure all drivers are following the companies standard operating procedures.
• Demonstrate a high standards of customer service and professionalism with drivers and our customers.
• Delivering (bending, lifting and carrying).
• Covering any open driver slots.

Requirements:

• Ability to effectively manage and train a team of subcontractors.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• 3 - year Clean Driving Record
• Valid proof of insurance/registration.
• Reliable Vehicle.
• Punctual and Courteous
