Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine designs based on feedback.
- Establish a consistent visual language and design system that aligns with branding guidelines.
- Create visually compelling and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
- Design interactive elements and ensure a seamless user experience.
- Work closely with developers to implement and refine interactive components.
- Conduct usability testing sessions to validate design choices and gather insights.
- Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing results.
- Align designs with business goals by collaborating with product stakeholders.
Qualifications :
- 3-5 years of experience in UX/UI design with a portfolio showcasing expertise in web and mobile design.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Experience in creating and maintaining design systems.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in conducting user research to identify user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
