We are seeking a talented and experienced Trust & Estate Attorney to join a dynamic, mid-sized full-service law firm. This role is perfect for an attorney with a passion for estate planning and trust law, bringing at least 4 years of hands-on experience. Ideal candidates will be licensed to practice law in Oregon and have familiarity with the Clackamas, Washington, and Multnomah County Courts.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional legal counsel and guidance on Trust & Estates matters
Manage a diverse caseload while maintaining a client-focused approach
Set clear expectations with clients and provide transparent communication
Draft, review, and finalize estate planning documents
Represent clients in various proceedings within Clackamas, Washington, and Multnomah County Courts
Qualifications:

At least 4 years of Trust & Estates experience
JD Degree from an accredited law school
Admission to the Oregon Bar in good standing
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle a high volume of cases effectively
