Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all on-site construction activities for luxury restaurant projects across multiple locations.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and design teams to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Oversee subcontractors and labor, ensuring adherence to quality standards and project specifications.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, proactively addressing any potential delays.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols, fostering a culture of safety on site.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Facilitate effective communication among all stakeholders, providing regular project updates.
  • Mentor and support junior team members and subcontractors, promoting professional development.
  • Ensure accurate project documentation, including daily reports and compliance records.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, specifically in the restaurant or hospitality sector.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, safety regulations, and quality control.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a team-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to travel extensively to various project sites across the U.S.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
