Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Traveling Superintendent to oversee and manage projects across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a traveling superintendent, with expertise in restaurants, retail, big box stores, hotels, multi-family housing, hospitals, shopping centers, and high-rise buildings. This role requires a proven ability to lead projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Traveling Construction Superintendent Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee all phases of construction projects across various locations, including restaurants, retail, big box, hotels, multi-family, hospitals, shopping centers, and high-rise buildings.
* Develop and manage project schedules, coordinating with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely completion of tasks.
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards across all sites.
* Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues or changes in scope promptly.
* Maintain clear and effective communication with project managers, clients, and stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.
* Lead and manage on-site construction teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
* Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and safety records.

Traveling Construction Superintendent Qualifications:

* Minimum of 5 years of experience as a traveling superintendent in commercial construction, with experience in restaurants, retail, big box stores, hotels, multi-family housing, hospitals, shopping centers, and high-rise buildings.
* Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and safety protocols.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
