Role Specifics and Benefits
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and manage sterile fields for a broad spectrum of surgical cases, ensuring accurate instrument counts and instrument handling, while maintaining vigilance for patient safety.
- Assist surgeons and scrub nurses by anticipating needs, passing instruments promptly, preparing implants and supplies, and supporting tissue handling and specimen labeling with precision.
