Travel Physical Therapist (PT) – Outpatient Rehab
Location: Lebanon, PA
Pay: $1,840 per week
Schedule: 5x8-hour day shifts | Full-time | 13-week contract

About the Role
TheraEx Therapy is seeking an experienced Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for an Outpatient Rehab setting in Lebanon, PA . Join a supportive rehab team dedicated to helping patients achieve their recovery goals through individualized, evidence-based care.

Position Details

Setting: Outpatient Rehab
Schedule: 5x8-hour day shifts (40 hours per week)
Contract Length: 13 weeks (with potential to extend)
Compensation: $2,000/week (gross pay estimate based on 40 hours/week)

Responsibilities

Evaluate, plan, and implement treatment programs for patients in an outpatient rehab setting
Restore mobility, strength, and function through therapeutic interventions
Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
Collaborate with rehab and medical staff to ensure optimal outcomes

Qualifications

Active Pennsylvania PT license (or eligibility before start date)
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Outpatient or rehab experience preferred
Strong communication and patient-care skills
