SMS Staffing is Hiring Immediately for a Tote/Tank Washer in the Kenosha, WI area!

 
JOB TITLE: Tote/Tank Washer
JOB LOCATION: Pleasant Prairie, WI
JOB TYPE: Temp to Hire
PAY: $16.50/HOUR
2ND SHIFT: 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM (Monday - Friday)

 
Responsibilities and Duties of the Tote/Tanker Washer:
● Clean and dry tankers, hoses, equipment, and totes using a power washing system.
● Drain equipment into proper chemical waste drums.
● Visually inspect, manually clean, and pressure test totes as required
● Unload empty, sort, and reload dirty drums onto the conditioner’s trailers
● Accurately fill out paperwork
● Some heavy movement of drums via handcraft
● Operation of a sit-down forklift
● Maintain a safe and clean work environment
● Follows all company policies and procedures
● PPE: Goggles, safety glasses, gloves, steel-toe shoes, face shield, hard hat, and respirator as required
● Maintain inventory of empty drums for waste stream use

 
Special Circumstances of the Tote/Tanker Washer Job:
● The job requires working in a hazardous environment
● The Tote Washer position involves a safety-sensitive function
● May be required to work outdoors
● May involve heavy lifting and climbing
