Job Overview:

Venture Data is a national market research company specializing in outbound public opinion surveys conducted over the phone. There is NO SALES or telemarketing involved—your job is simply to follow the script on your screen. We’re looking for friendly, dependable individuals to join our team! The work environment is relaxed and flexible, offering the ability to set your own schedule each week (as long as it meets minimum scheduling requirements). This position is ideal for those with busy schedules or students. During downtime between calls, many interviewers use the time to do homework, read, or relax on their phones.

Spanish-speaking interviewers will earn an additional 50 cents per hour when making Spanish calls, so be sure to mention your language skills during your interview!

Job Requirements:

• Professional phone etiquette
• Ability to type at least 35 words per minute
• Must reside in or near Rexburg, Idaho
• Must be 16 years or older to apply

Shift Schedules:

• Evening and night shifts available

Pay Details:

• Starting pay: $13.00 per hour
• Paid training (1 day) at $8.25 per hour
• After 3+ months: $13.25 per hour
• After 6+ months: $13.50 per hour
