We are currently seeking to fill our Talent Acquisition Specialist position at the Philadelphia campus with a highly qualified and passionate individual.
POSITION SUMMARY
The talent acquisition specialist is responsible for performing recruitment activities, including sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and hiring prospective employees to meet the PCOM’s staffing goals. Specific activities include, but are not limited to, creating and reviewing staffing requisitions in the applicant tracking system (ATS), screening applications, coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring decision makers, and presenting employment offers. The incumbent works closely with the department’s onboarding specialist to ensure that new hires receive and complete required onboarding materials.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The successful incumbent will perform the following duties, with or without reasonable accommodations:Manage applicant pipeline and hiring process via applicant tracking system and ensure each search is conducted per PCOM standard operating procedures, policies, and best practices.

Salary Range: $55,000 - $62,000
The referenced salary range is based on PCOM good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training and skill level.
