Work Schedule & Location
Hybrid schedule: 2 days onsite / 2 days remote each week.

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Technology Solutions Analyst to support our team by identifying, implementing, and optimizing technology solutions that enhance business processes and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will work closely with end users across the organization to understand their needs, align them with the right tools, and ensure successful adoption through training and support.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with end users to gather and analyze business requirements, identifying opportunities to improve workflows and productivity.
Recommend and implement appropriate technology tools and solutions to meet organizational needs.
Develop and optimize workflows to ensure seamless integration between technology and business operations.
Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to staff on the effective use of Microsoft 365, Adobe Acrobat, and other business applications.
Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business users, translating technical processes into clear, actionable business practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications (e.g., Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook).
Working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat and its core functionalities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills , with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Demonstrated ability to translate technical workflows into practical business solutions .
Preferred Skills & Experience
Experience in business requirements gathering and documentation.
Familiarity with Smartsheet or similar workflow/project management tools.
Previous experience providing end-user support for software solutions.
