Note: 80 hours bi-weekly for a six-month period with possible renewal after six months

Scope of Services

The scope of services required for System Engineer II includes:

• Working independently with supervisory guidance of the Department to search personal computers and cell phones of individuals who have committed crimes of a sexual nature.
• Development of documentation for purposes of court hearings
• Preparation of periodic status reports

Minimum Qualifications

The minimum skills and experience levels required for a candidate to be considered for this position include:

• Basic Data Recovery and Analysis for computers and all type electronic devices including cell phones
• Internet Trace Evidence Recovery and Analysis
• Data Recovery and Analysis in various technologies
• Knowledge of Encase, Magnet Axiom, Griffeye, Cellebrite, Graykey or a similar software for advanced computer forensic analysis
• Internet Crime Investigation Training
• Forensic Analysis of computers and networks
• Knowledge of ANAB/ISO 17025 accreditation
• Applicants should have experience in conducting computer forensic analysis/investigations, to include but not limited to internet-related Fraud/ Larceny, Child Sexual Abuse Material/ Child Sexual Exploitation Material / Exploitation, Assault / Threatening / Harassment, Internet Enticement, Computer intrusions
