Job Title: Project Manager - Structural Steel Fabrication

Job Description:
The Structural Steel Fabrication Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of structural steel fabrication projects. This role requires expertise in managing project timelines, resources, and client relationships, as well as proficiency in Tekla software.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and coordinate all phases of structural steel fabrication projects.
* Supervise project staff and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
* Monitor project progress, making adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines and budgets.
* Collaborate with clients, engineers, and design teams to ensure project specifications are met.
* Utilize Tekla software to develop detailed models and coordinate project documentation.
* Conduct regular site visits to oversee project implementation and address any issues.
* Maintain accurate project records and prepare status reports for stakeholders.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Structural Engineering, or a related field preferred.
* Proven experience in managing structural steel fabrication projects.
* Fluency in Tekla software is highly preferred.
* Strong understanding of fabrication processes and industry standards.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
