Job Title: Project Manager - Structural Steel Fabrication Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and organized Project Manager to oversee our structural steel fabrication projects. The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of project execution, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budgets, and compliance with safety standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage structural steel fabrication projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with design, engineering, and fabrication teams to ensure project specifications are met.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.
• Communicate regularly with clients and team members to provide updates and address concerns.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Prepare reports and documentation related to project status and performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in project management, preferably in structural steel fabrication.
• Strong knowledge of fabrication processes and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
