What You'll Do:
Provide Comprehensive Assessments: Conduct thorough diagnostic evaluations to identify therapeutic targets and create personalized treatment plans.
Develop Collaborative Treatment Plans: Create and update master treatment plans in partnership with patients, ensuring interventions are effective and tailored to their needs.
Deliver Evidence-Based Therapy: Implement individual, couples, and group therapy using a variety of modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and more.
Adapt and Adjust: Continuously assess patient progress and modify interventions to maximize therapeutic outcomes.
Set Clear Treatment Goals: Define patient-centered, measurable treatment outcomes that are evidence-based and realistic.
Maintain Accurate Documentation: Complete detailed documentation that reflects evidence-based practices and patient involvement.
Ensure a Safe Environment: Adhere to safety policies and procedures, addressing any potential hazards.
Pursue Professional Growth: Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to team training.
What We're Looking For:
Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
2+ years of previous experience in a therapy setting.
Valid Maine LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT license (or eligibility to obtain).
A strong understanding of various therapeutic modalities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A commitment to providing patient-centered care.
