Title: Small Engine Technician
Location: Durant, OK / Hugo, OK
Duration: Fulltime
Technical & Mechanical Skills:
These are your core skills as a technician:
Engine Repair & Maintenance: Knowledge of 2-stroke and 4-stroke engines.
Hydraulic Systems: Understanding basic troubleshooting of hydraulics on small machinery.
Electrical Systems: Ability to diagnose and repair basic electrical issues (wiring, fuses, starters, etc.).
Power Transmission Systems: Familiarity with drive belts, chains, gear systems, and clutches.
Air Conditioning (Optional but Valuable): Basic knowledge, especially for UTVs with enclosed cabs.
Diagnostic Tools: Use of scan tools, multimeters, and mechanical testers.
Reading Diagrams/Manuals: Ability to follow technical service manuals and schematics.
Proficient with hand and power tools (wrenches, impact guns, screwdrivers, etc.)
Service Advisor or Diagnostic Software: Some knowledge of digital service systems or basic computer use.
Assembly & Pre-Delivery Inspection: Following manufacturer guidelines for setting up equipment.
