About the Job:

At Precision Renovations SF we are well known for the pride we take in our high-end finishes. We are a tight-knit group that works as a team and are looking to add qualified finishers with a similar drive and mindset for quality work to our team. There are always multiple projects open at any given point in time and any installer will be required to be able to function in a variety of different areas and environments with often shifting priorities. The majority of our work is interior, kitchens and bathrooms, flooring, doors, and trim work. This role requires an ambitious self-starter who is proficient in various remodeling/construction trades and finishes work and is motivated to learn new skills and products. Hands-on training is provided where needed, here at Precision we want everyone to be just as skilled as the next. 

We are looking to fill key roles with individuals that are skilled in one or more of the following areas:

• Carpentry:
  • Experience in installing kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanities, custom millwork, hardware, etc. in homes & condos including crown molding and other trim / accessories.
• Demolition and Drywall:
  • Perform demolition work including removing walls, ceilings and floors. Install walls, framing, concrete, drywall, insulation, and trim work. Responsible for safely loading, carrying, and prepping material and supplies, as well as routinely cleaning and securing the job site.
• Tile Installer:
  • It is essential to be detail oriented in planning and laying tiles on floors. Ability to read drawings. Be able to take Precise Measurements with detailed accurate readings of the best layout and following that layout. Making seamless transitions from shower walls to drywalls and/or the transitions to one room or another. Create decorative wall and floor designs by laying and setting mosaic tiles in kitchens, bathrooms and homes throughout. 
• Painter:
  • Interior and exterior Painting of walls, trim, doors, window frames, ceilings, vents, closets, shelving, and cabinets. Prepares, primes, sands, seals, caulks, patches surfaces and fixtures utilizing all types of painting materials. Ensuring the process to prior to paint is conducted correctly for a seamless finish once paint is applied. 

Overall, Job Duties Include but are not limited to:

• Installing cabinets, custom shelving, door casing and trim, baseboards, crown molding, int. doors.
• Adding fixtures and fittings such as door handles, locks, hinges, and closures.
• Installs walls, floors, and ceilings, using materials such as wood, steel, metal, concrete, plastics, and composites of multiple materials.
• Drywall, repairs and hanging or finishing, small patches, sometimes full baths. 
• Cleans up worksite debris for a clean workspace daily.
• Everyday unless a “rough construction site”, we should come into a clean and organized worksite daily.

Job Requirements preferred: 

• Minimum 2yrs experience. 
• General knowledge of precise measurements and quality finishes.
• Has own transportation.
• Has own hand tools and knowledge of how to use them, use of table saws, chop saw, and circular saw regularly.
• Follows established OSHA safety compliance and regulations while maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
• Knowledge and experience in the areas of repairing cabinetry, doors, framework and jambs, and floors.

**Pay is based on experience with possible monthly bonus incentives.
