At Sparkle Car Wash, our people make the difference. Every car we wash, every customer we serve, every smile we earn – it’s all because of the team behind it. We’re looking for a Shift Supervisor to take charge during our second shift, keep operations running smoothly, and lead a great team.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead daily operations during your shift, ensuring efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Close the site with confidence, keeping operations running like clockwork.
• Supervise, mentor, and motivate team members to perform at their best.
• Maintain cleanliness, labor control, and operational excellence that Sparkle is known for.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally.
• Support inventory management and assist in training new employees.
• Earn commission on club plans – all employees, management and non-management, are eligible!

• Strong leadership skills and a natural ability to communicate with your team.

• Pride in your work and a drive to maintain top-tier operational standards.
• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service leadership is preferred.

Pay & Perks:

• $16.50–$17.50/hr
• Commission on club plans for all employees
