Starting pay $17.00 an hour plus electronic tips which pays out $1.50-$2.00 more an hour making your hourly rate $18.50-$19.00 an hour depending on location.

We have several locations in greater part of Cincinnati and Kentucky. If you have up to 1-2 years of current fast-casual supervisory dining experience and enjoy shoulder-to-shoulder teaching, never cut corners, and lead by example then this is the job for you!
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a food service environment
• High School Diploma
• Reliable transportation
• Flexibility to work night AND weekend hours
• Full-time availability (40 hours per week)
• High energy and dedication to customer service
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and move at a fast pace
• The ability to be flexible and adapt to any situation
• Proven track record of leadership or managerial skills
• Strong problem solving and decision-making skills are necessary
• Must be able to operate a cash register
